After the mechanics did a thorough check on my vehicle to find the issue, Mark gave me a call and took his time walking through everything to make sure I understood what was needed to be repaired and the reason why. Mark then worked with my auto warranty company by calling on three different days to finally get through and have them help cover the cost of the total repairs. Auto experiences can be hard to trust, but Hollin Hall Auto time after time delivers a quality experience and always makes me comfortable that my car is well taken care of.
